What it is formulated WITHOUT:

Suggested Usage:
- Apply 4-5 drops in the morning to cleansed and completely dry skin around the eyes and gently tap until absorbed.
- Wait until it dries before applying the next product.
- Use before moisturizers and oil treatments.
