It is essential to us that you receive your order in a timely and professional manner. Our store offers more than 800 products. Because our products are fragile, we only work with express courier and door to door service that requires a signature on delivery.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vivo Cosmetics Lebanon or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally.
You will receive an email about your order and a tracking number once shipped.Â
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). DAMAGES
Our website (vivocosmeticslb.com)Â is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, this must be reported within 3 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. We do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Once a claim is filed we will follow up with the shipping company regarding your incident.
All shipments are insured by our trusted shipping partner (Aramex).
